Startup Sound Changer - change your Windows startup.
Startup Sound Changer allows you to change startup sound in Windows 7 and Windows Vista (what plays on Welcome Screen). There is no option to change it with system settings, so Startup Sound Changer will be useful for those who bored with default sound.
