Windows 10 includes a touch keyboard for computers and tablets with a touch screen. When you touch any text field on your tablet, the touch keyboard appears on the screen. It is in active development as of this writing. It comes with an updated touch keyboard app which supports dictation on Desktop.
Recently, Microsoft released Windows 10 build 16215 to Windows Insiders. It comes with an updated touch keyboard app which features a number of new layouts. Please see How to Change Touch Keyboard Layout in Windows 10.

On screen dictation keyboard
Thank you so much for including the bit about Windows button + H for dictation! I was opening the keyboard and touching the mic button every time I wanted to use it and it was a pain. Having a keyboard shortcut for the touch keyboard mic button is SO helpful!
You are welcome
I’m not able to get dictation commands find punctuation marks. Please send oral commands for Windows 10 Touch keyboard to get the various punctuation marks. I will be grateful if it is sent as early as possible.
