Microsoft is rolling out a new version of the Copilot app for Windows (1.25095.161.0 and later). The update is available in the Microsoft Store to all Windows Insiders, regardless of their update channel. The new version of the app brings with it a new capability: Access to Settings on Windows 11.
Copilot Direct Access to Settings
Copilot for Windows users can now ask a question related to their PC settings, and Copilot will provide a direct link to the relevant page in Settings.
Simply ask, "Make my screen easier to read" or "Help me focus by reducing distractions," and Copilot will direct you to the relevant page in Windows Settings.

Microsoft says that this feature is being rolled out in stages, so it may take some time for your Insider PC to get it.
