Windows 11 now allows changing what the Copilot key does
For devices that come with a hardware Copilot key on the keyboard, Microsoft adds a much needed option: Windows 11 now allows you to reassign the Copilot key. As you may remember, it resides to the right of the Space bar, and replaces the "menu" key. However, here's a catch - you can make it launch only Store apps. It doesn't allow assigning a custom action, or perform the menu key's function.
Windows 11 Task Manager can now show the SSD type, SATA or NVMe
Microsoft continues to improve the Task Manager despite it already received a major overhaul in Windows 11. The Performance tab of the app can now display the connection interface type for the SSD drives installed in your device. The drive type label adds NVMe/SATA and not just simply tells HDD or SSD. The feature is a work in progress that is hidden by default in the Beta Build 22635.4225. But you can force enable it manually.

Microsoft today released updates for Insiders running all supported Windows 11 versions on the Release Preview channel. All the updates includes some new features, and fixes. Some of the new features are a gradual rollout. Here are the details.
Windows 11 Build 22635.4225 (Beta) allows changing what the Copilot key does
Microsoft has rolled out a new preview build of Windows 11 (version 23H2), labeled 22635.4225 (KB5043186), for participants in the Windows Insider program's Beta channel. A significant change in this update is the ability to change what the hardware Copilot key does, e.g. to make it open a different Store app. It also adds Phone Link to the right-click menu in File Explorer, and includes several fixes.
Windows 11 Build 26120.1843 (Dev) adds a prominent Sign out option to Start
Microsoft has released Windows 11 Build 26120.1843 (KB5043185) to Insiders in the Dev channel. This build is released as a checkpoint cumulative update. Some of its features are becoming gradually in waves, so you may want to adjust your Windows Update settings.

Microsoft reminds that Windows 11 versions up to 22H2 will soon reach end of support
Microsoft notifies Windows 11 users that specific releases of the OS will reach end of support in a month. This includes customer editions of Windows 11 21H2, and consumer version of Windows 11 version 22H2. On October 8, 2024, these will release their last security updates.
