Microsoft has released Windows 11 Build 22635.3936 to Insiders in the Beta channel. It comes with a new design of the Open with dialog, but disables the simplified system tray for the taskbar. There are also some improvements and fixes.

Windows 11 will have checkpoint cumulative updates
As part of update delivery optimization, Microsoft is introducing Windows 11 checkpoint cumulative updates. Windows 11 version 24H2 will be the first version of the OS to use this new mechanism. This means that you can save time, bandwidth, and hard drive space.
Windows 11 Build 26120.1252 (Dev) released with Start and Explorer improvements
