Simplex - the first theme for Windows 8 which comes with blurrish window frame. For those who missing blur and Aero Glass in Windows 8
Things you have to know:
This theme is in pre-alpha, there are plenty of problems., e.g. browsers (except IE10) don't really look right (can't fix, may be able to fix Firefox however).
You must run the apps in the "apps (required)" folder to have this theme work correctly.
