Microsoft Lists now available on Web, Android and iOS

Microsoft Lists, a task management application, is now accessible to iOS, Android, and web users. It was initially launched in 2020, catering to business users and companies. In 2022, a limited preview version was released to consumers. Finally, the app is now available to everyone with a Microsoft account.

With Microsoft Lists, users can create, manage, and share lists across different devices. The app offers templates for various tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing recipes, and gift ideas. These lists can be shared and edited with colleagues, friends, and family. Users can also switch between grid, calendar, or custom views.

The app allows users to export lists in CSV format. It is currently available in preview at lists.microsoft.com and as mobile apps for iOS and Android. There is no news yet on whether Microsoft plans to release a desktop version.

In 2020, Microsoft discontinued the Wunderlist task manager. Users were given the option to transfer their data to Microsoft To Do or export it to another service.
