Microsoft has released the latest Windows 11 update, known as the 2023 Update or version 23H2. This update brings an ton of new features and changes that were initially planned for a major feature update code named "Sun Valley 3".
It's important to note that some of these new features Microsoft has included in Windows 11 version 22H2 in September, alongside the Moment 4 update.
Windows 11 version 23H2 is built on the same code base as version 22H2, which means that there should be no compatibility issues with applications. Microsoft will roll out it as a small cumulative update (enablement package), activating several improvements and changes that already have been delivered with cumulative updates, but are hidden in the OS.
After installing Windows 23H2, you will find a redesigned Start Menu with enhanced tooltips, enhanced Taskbar with button labels and window ungroupping, more conveient virtual desktops, improved Snap Layouts, updated Microsoft Store, File Explorer with many archive formats support and a new layout, gaming enhancements, accessibility improvements, and performance and security enhancements. Typically, such enablement packages are expected to not bring drastic changes to the operating system. However, in this case, changes have been made to File Explorer, Task Manager, and various other system components, which could directly impact their performance, stability, and appearance.

If you have eligible devices running Windows 11, version 22H2, you can get the new enhancements and features by opening Settings > Windows Update, turning on “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available,” and selecting “Check for updates”.
Also, you can download the official ISO images of Windows 11 2023 Update (version 23H2) from the official Microsoft website .
If something goes wrong, you can also use sites like TechBench Dump. Finally, you can build an ISO file yourself from UUP files. This method works for any version and any edition of Windows.
