Microsoft has unveiled the new Xbox Game Pass Core plan, which will replace Xbox Live Gold and the Games with Gold service. The new subscription will offer users access to in-game multiplayer, various offers and discounts, and access to a small catalog of select games, including Gears 5, Forza Horizon 4 and Psychonauts 2. The launch of the subscription is scheduled for September 14. Also, it will give you access to online multiplayer and a collection of over 25 games for $10 a month or $60 a year.
Starting from September 14, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be transitioned into Xbox Game Pass Core subscribers automatically. However, the Games with Gold service will be discontinued on September 1. It is important to note that any Xbox 360 games acquired through Games with Gold will still be accessible in the player's library, regardless of subscription status.
Initially, approximately 25 games will be available in the Xbox Game Pass Core catalog. Microsoft intends to add new games to the subscription two or three times a year. Currently, 19 games have been confirmed and will be available by subscription starting September 14:
- Among Us
- Descenders

- Fable Anniversary
