Windows 11 Build 22635.3570 is now available to Insiders in the Beta channel. It adds the 'Duplicate tab' to the File Explorer's tab context menu, and also includes plenty of fixes.
Microsoft rolls out some features only for users with Get the latest updates as soon as they're available option enabled. The rest will get them much later. However, keep in mind that even if you enable the option, the new features will anyway be shipped gradually to your PC.

File Explorer
Added the ability to create a copy of a tab in Explorer by right-clicking on it.
Fixes

- Fixed a memory leak when interacting with archives in Explorer.
- Fixed several problems affecting the stability of Explorer.
- A change has been made to address an issue where the distance between icons on the desktop could become too large.
- Fixed an issue where, when launching Search from the Home page, it might not display search results on the first try.
- Fixed an issue where the address bar drop-down menu could appear unexpectedly while working in File Explorer.
Task Manager
- Updated DDR memory speed units (from MHz to MT/s).
- Fixed an issue where the Safely Remove Hardware option for USB drives does not work when Task Manager is open.
- Some improvements have been made to help Task Manager free up process handles more quickly when they terminate.
- Additional improvements have been introduced to improve the stability of Explorer.
- Improved performance when changing sort order.
- Numerous improvements have been made to make Task Manager compatible with accessibility features, such as keyboard focus, tab navigation, text scaling, item names spoken to screen readers, and more.
- Made it easier to resize the Task Manager window when attempting to do so at the top of the window.

Copilot for Windows
For several months, Microsoft has been testing new Copilot for Windows features among Insiders in the Canary, Dev, and Beta channels. This is about opening Copilot as a regular application window and playing an animation of the Copilot icon in the taskbar when you copy text or an image, indicating that Copilot can help with that content.
Microsoft has paused the rollout of these features to Insiders to refine them based on feedback. Copilot will continue to work as usual.
Fixes
- Start Menu: fixed an issue where the component associated with updating and restoring data from backup, called “Global.WindowsMigration,” was not displayed correctly in the Start -> All Apps menu.
- Copilot for Windows: Rolling out a fix for an issue where some Insiders in the Canary, Dev, and Beta channels were experiencing Copilot automatically starting after rebooting their computer. The problem is not related to automatic launch, which was tested in early February on the Canary and Dev channels. This feature was discontinued in March.

General
- Investigating an issue where Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) may not work after you install this update.
Widgets
- Insiders who use the new left-aligned Widgets button layout on the taskbar may experience the following issues:
- Opening the Widgets panel using a touch gesture may not work if the taskbar is center-aligned instead of left-aligned.
- Unpinning Widgets from the taskbar may not work if the taskbar is centered instead of left aligned.
- The widget panel does not display correctly when Copilot is used as a sidebar.
- Enabling or disabling "Widgets" in the taskbar settings may cause the taskbar to refresh.
