Microsoft Has Finally Fixed Shutdown Issue with Build 19002.1002
Finally, Microsoft has managed to resolve the annoying shut down issue, which was preventing computers from restarting and shutting down starting in Windows 10 Build 18999 and later. The issued update should resolve it.

As you may remember, Microsoft is now providing Windows 10 ISOs for both Fast and Slow Rings. Today the company made available ISO images for Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18990 which was recently released to Insiders in the Fast Ring.
