Several versions earlier, including Edge 107, the browser had a speed test for your internet connection in the sidebar. It was a part of the "Tools" set, which includes several tiny utilities, mostly web based, for your productivity. There is a calculator, a unit converter, and so on. At some point, Microsoft has scrapped the Internet Speed Test from the browser, but now it is back to all users and release channels.
Clicking the Tools button (the toolbox icon) in the Edge sidebar now reveals the new utility. It has a speedometer-like appearance and has the "new" badge to attract your attention.
Despite being an integrated option, it doesn't run in the sidebar. Clicking it will open a new Bing page, where it performs all measurements. The result is pretty accurate here and gives values almost similar to the famous OOKLA solution.
As said above, the change is a server-side Edge sidebar update, so you do not even need to update your browser. It is enough to click the Tools icon to see the change in action. Microsoft Edge will fetch the sidebar contents from Microsoft servers and offer you the latest available contents.

I have 1000/1000 so is about there.
We have 10Gb Ethernet as a max. Up/down. However, unnecessarily fast in my opinion.
