The latest AdDuplex report reveals growth of the Windows 11 user base. The company published a new Windows market share report, which is based on information from 5000 apps with the AdDuplex SDK. While data is not accurate, the AdDuplex's monthly reports are the only public stats of existing Windows installations.
According to AdDuplex, by the end of February 2022, the share of the Windows 11 operating system (version 21H2) reached 19.3%, which is 3.2% more than a month earlier.
Insider builds of Windows 11 take 0.3% of the market. So the report indicates that Windows 11 is now getting new users slower. You can compare this data with previous reports. Microsoft bringing Windows 11 to all users is not changing the game.
As for Windows 10, the most popular version is still Windows 10 May 2021 Update (version 21H1), which is installed on 27.5% of devices (up from 28.6%). November 2021 Update (version 21H2) is next with a share of 21% (was 12.1%), and October 2020 Update (version 20H2) closes the top three with a share of 17.9% (was 26.3%).
