With Windows 11 Build 22635.3276, available in the Beta channel, Microsoft is testing Copilot opening on mouse hover. It will show when you move the mouse pointer over its icon.

Microsoft is now releasing one build for all Beta insiders, but splits the features into two sets. So some features are exclusive to Insiders with the option "Get the latest updates as soon as they are available".
