Windows 11 22H2 is now available to more users

According to the official documentation, the rollout of Windows 11 2022 Update is now entered a "new phase" with more users getting it. The company offers it via what it calls "seeker experience", so the user must open the Settings app, check for update, and agree to install the latest release.

There are still computers that will not have the upgrade offer because of the confirmed issues with printers, sound drivers, and even with dynamic disks.

Users who created a dynamic disk in addition to basic partitions will have to convert it to basic, otherwise Windows 11 will fail it install. Microsoft names dynamic disks a deprecated feature and recommends using Storage Spaces to achieve the same result.

Finally, there is also an issue with large file copy operation which has up to 40% performance degradation, and it is not yet resolved.

If you are affected by any of the above issues, or want to give Microsoft more time to polish Windows 11 22H2, you don't have upgrade your device right now. You will not get the Windows 11 2022 Update automatically unless you confirm its installation in Settings.

Finally, if you die hard to try Windows 11 22H2, but your device still doesn't show the upgrade option, you can try to install it manually by downloading the official ISO image, or any of the available tools for that. But running ahead of the train in this very case may not be the best idea.
