Microsoft has released Windows 10 22H2 Build 19045.4842 (KB5041582) to insiders running the OS in both Beta and Release Preview channels. It comes with a number of fixes to Bluetooth, input, and others.
Note: Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview channels will receive the same builds of Windows 10, but the Beta channel will test new features that are in development and not yet ready for public distribution.
Changes in Windows 10 Build 19045.4842 (Beta & Release Preview)
- Input Method Editor (IME): Fixed a memory leak that occurred when closing a window while keyboard focus was set to a drop-down list.
- Country and Operator Settings Asset: Updated Country and Operator Settings Asset (COSA) profiles for some mobile operators.
- Bluetooth: Fixed an issue where the application could stop responding due to a memory leak.
- Fixed an issue where the system could stop responding when accessing symbolic links.
- Unified Write Filter (UWF) and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM): The SCCM task to re-enable UWF failed due to a deadlock in UWF. This prevented the device from rebooting at the expected time.
