Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 build 17744.1004 to the Slow Ring. This build is out as a cumulative update KB4462775 and comes with fixes and improvements.
The original version of Windows 10 Build 17744 was released to Insiders in the Slow Ring on August 31, 2018. The complete change log can be found here:

Today's release includes the following fixes:
- A reliability issue where restart warnings is not displayed for user-scheduled update restart.
- Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in for Microsoft Management Console does not list System Services.

The build is available via the Windows Update service. If you are on the Slow Ring, go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and click on the Check for updates button.
