The redesigned Photos app for Windows 11 brings several UI and UX changes. First, the program now offers a better design with more Windows 11-styled bits and pieces. Similar to other stock applications, the Photos app received a fancy new Mica design and rounded corners. As for features, users can now utilize a "Filmstrip" view with improved navigation and small previews for all photos inside a single folder. Also, selecting pictures on the filmstrip enables a multi-image view, allowing you to compare several photos.

It provides you with access to popular tools, such as crop, favorite, rotation, touch-up, metadata, inking, etc. Besides, you can access third-party editing tools from other apps, such as Picsart, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Affinity Photo, and more.
