Microsoft has opened pre-orders for 3 new Xbox Series X and Series S console models slated for release in October. The new devices were initially revealed at the Xbox Game Showcase in June and boast the expanded storage, despite keeping most specs unchanged.
Xbox Series X in Galaxy Black
The flagship Xbox Series X in Galaxy Black has 2TB of storage. The console's body is decorated with white and green stars on a black background. You will find such ornament on the included controller's D-pad. This is the only new model to feature a disc drive. It also comes with a black wireless controller with a green back. The console will be available in limited quantities. Its price is $600.
Xbox Series X in Robot White
The all-digital Xbox Series X in Robot White features 1TB of storage. The unique color theme was formerly applied to the Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series X Robot White is priced at $450.
Xbox Series S in Robot White
The new lineup also includes the Xbox Series S with 1TB of storage in Robot White. Previously, the Xbox Series S with this amount of storage was only available in black . Microsoft will discontinue this model in favor of the Xbox Series S Robot White. The new version of the Series S can be purchased for $350.
👉 All three models will be released on October 15, but you can pre-order them now.
In addition, Microsoft introduced three new gamepads, controller covers, and a feature for people with disabilities.
