In 2016, Microsoft introduced Feedback Hub - a dedicated place where users can publish their thoughts, complaints, and ideas about Microsoft's products. The Software giant uses data from Feedback Hub to improve the quality of Windows and other software. For example, Microsoft recently responded to a post on Feedback Hub about memory leaks in File Explorer on Windows 11. It appears that the company is now working on a new platform to gather customers' feedback.
Carl Knecht published a screenshot of a post on the Admin Center where Microsoft announced a new "Feedback Portal." According to the announcement, Feedback Portal for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and the Edge browser will be available in Preview by the end of this year. Later on, Microsoft will add Windows and other products to the platform.
Feedback Portal will allow users to provide valuable information about Microsoft's products, upvote posts from other people, and receive responses from Microsoft's engineers and representatives. In other words, it should work in the same way the current Feedback Hub works. Presumably, the new Feedback Portal will replace the UserVoice platform the company killed earlier this year.
As of now, there is not that much information about the new feedback platform coming soon. The announcement post says Feedback Portal will be available as Preview in all markets in the English language only, with more languages to join in the future. Organizations will have an option to prevent users from providing feedback, effectively blocking access to Feedback Portal. Also, Microsoft says it will retain the ability to provide private feedback from within Microsoft 365 apps and Microsoft Edge.

I’ve used Feedback Hub five times. But never received any answer from Microsoft. Neither of my suggestions were implemented in Windows.
I’m afraid, Feedback Portal will work the same way.
Feedback Hub is a joke. So I have no hopes.
