- Go to the following key:
If that key does not exist, just create it.
Tip: You can access any desired Registry key with one click.
- Create a new DWORD value at the above key called RunOnDesktop by right clicking in the right pane and choosing New -> DWORD value (32-bit) and set its value to 1.
- Now press the Win+R hotkey on your keyboard and type mblctr in the Run dialog which will appear on the screen.
