The iPhone integration is currently only available to select insiders in the Dev, Beta, and Release Preview channels. Gradually, Microsoft will make it available to more insiders.

If you are a lucky Insider that is enrolled in testing, you will get an option to pick your iPhone on the main page of Phone Link.

Phone Link Ios Get Started

To pair your devices, you need to enable Bluetooth on iPhone, and scan a QR code provided by Phone Link.  After that, you need to verify a code that the app shows on the screen, and set up notification permissions to finish the link.

Microsoft hasn't specified the availability date for new feature.

Currently, iPhone integration works with some limitations. Users can view and send text messages on their computer, but they cannot send MMS with an image attachment. Also, Phone Link does not support replying to group messages or sending media in messages. In addition, it only shows messages received in iMessage after you set up integration.
