Microsoft is constantly working on improving the way their Insider Program members are sharing feedback about any of their products. Making the Feedback Hub on Windows 10 even better is clearly a part of this effort.

The company is rolling out a new version of Feedback Hub to Fast Ring insiders. The app comes with a new, more compact home page that displays more elements and information at a glance. The number of comments left for a feedback item is now bigger and easy to notice.

On the individual feedback page, you will find that comments left by Microsoft employees are now highlighted and located below a pane that hosts a share button which plays now the important role in this new design.

Besides these changes, there is a new Objectives tab that includes your personal data like your profile details, achievements, your quests and milestones, along with your feedback.

In the settings of the Feedback Hub, it is now possible to save a diagnostics log locally. The app creates such logs when you submit a feedback to Microsoft. The device information is also can be found in Settings.

The Feedback Hub app comes preinstalled with the latest versions of Windows 10 by default. If you're a Fast ring Insider(or you have deleted the Feedback Hub app), then you can get the app here:

Note: Feedback Hub runs in the background and is responsible for feedback prompts and sends your feedback to Microsoft. Out of the box, it can ask a lot of questions about your satisfaction with the user interface and app changes Microsoft made in Windows 10. See how to Change Feedback Frequency in Windows 10.
