Today I proud to share the greate work of my close friend Vitaly "PainteR" Maslov. It is the set of themes in Windows 8 style for Windows 7. They was created using genuie resources of Windows 8 and matches to Windows 8 at 99.9%.
Vitaly has covered all builds from leaked Milestone 1 to latest Release Preview and they are just awesome! He exclusively shared them specially for Winaero.com visitors.
Let me show you how it looks:

Windows 8 Pre-Beta Theme for Windows 7

This one was not leaked, but PainteR uses his own sources and got the build, so he was able to recreate VS for Windows 7. Here we can see Aero Lite evolution again.

Windows 8 Pre-Developer Preview Theme for Windows 7

Yet another privately leaked build was used for this theme. It is ported to Windows 7 as well.

Windows 8 Developer Preview Theme for Windows 7

Developer Preview theme for Windows 7 looks like the exact copy of Windows 8 Developer Preview appearance. Both normal and "lite" Aero themes are available.

Windows 8 Pre-Consumer Preview Theme for Windows 7

Similar VS was used in Windows 8 on way to Consumer Preview build.

Windows 8 Consumer Preview Theme for Windows 7

Developer Preview theme for Windows 7 looks like the exact copy of Windows 8 Consumer Preview appearance.

Windows 8 Release Preview/Release Candidate Themes for Windows 7

This is a style of Release Preview, however, it includes unleaked wallpaper from RC build what you can see on some Internet sites. That wallpaper PainteR has created from scratch.

This one is copy of Windows 8 RP appearance for Windows 7.

Server 8 Beta Theme for Windows 7

Yeah, for those who looking for server appearance.

Server 2012 Theme for Windows 7

Same as above.

Windows 8 build 6.2.8431 VS port for Windows 7

Windows 8 themes from build 8431 and 8888 for WIndows 7

PainteR has implemented separate Aero coloring mode - like in latest Windows 8 builds. As you may know, Microsoft has separated colors for taskbar and windows, so this theme port follows Microsoft's ideas.

Microsoft has 99.9% finished work with Windows 8 visual style, so you can consider Windows 8 build 6.2.8431 VS port for Windows 7 as Windows 8 RTM VS for Windows 7.

This pack includes addition softwares and lots of graphical resources, user avatars, cursor pointers etc, and many other stuff comes with this theme pack. All credits goes to PainteR and Microsoft.

Here is his official statement:
? 98% of the resources are ported from the original builds of Windows 8.
(The rest is what is lacking or there is simply inaccessible was painted about the color scheme of VSes).
? Styles supports all DPI.
? There is a complete basic (simplified) style based on the resources of Aero.
? Start Menu (right side) does not truncate long labels. An error is characteristic of most third-party themes.
? Included wallpapers of the original builds of Windows 8.
? The small size of the basic style - 645 KB
? Included styles from the initial stage of development to the current builds (7850-8400).
? Includes additional resources from the builds (Font, branding, "Start" button, avatars).

Well done. We proud to provide you these exclusive themes from our site and I can consider them even as the theme of the Week.

@PainteR: Great job man! You can expand your project for few themes now because out there are Windows 8.1/Server 2012R2 RTM releases, and some screenshot from Windows 9/Threshold M1 build 9788.
