Windows Feedback is an application Microsoft added by default in Windows 10. It runs in the background and is responsible for feedback prompts and sends your feedback to Microsoft. To change the feedback frequency in Windows 10, do the following.
- Open the Settings app.
- Go to Privacy -> Diagnostics & feedback.

- On the right, modify or create new values PeriodInNanoSeconds (QWORD) and NumberOfSIUFInPeriod (32-Bit DWORD).
Note: Even if you are running 64-bit Windows you must still create a 32-bit DWORD value. - Set their values according to the table below.
- Restart Windows 10.
