Microsoft has created a new Android-focused division “Android Microsoft Platform and Experiences”

Microsoft again reorganized several key groups and departments. From now on, Surface Duo OS, SwiftKey, Phone Link, Microsoft Launcher, and several other Android software development teams have moved into the new Android Microsoft Platform and Experiences (AMPX) division, according to Chief Product Officer Panos Panay. Previously, they were part of the Microsoft Mobile Experiences (MMX) division, which also develops products for iOS and iPadOS. Microsoft will continue to release Call of Duty and other Activision Blizzard titles for PlayStation

Microsoft plans to keep Call of Duty and other popular Activision Blizzard games available on PlayStation consoles. Microsoft has published its earnings report for the Q2 2022 fiscal quarter. Revenue for the specified period amounted to $51.7 billion; net income - $18.8 billion. Phil Spencer is now Microsoft Gaming CEO, following Activision Blizzard deal

Phil Spencer has been named CEO of the new Microsoft Gaming division. It  includes all of the company's gaming assets. Microsoft announces acquisition of Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion

Microsoft has announced its intention to buy Activision Blizzard, one of the world's leading game developers. The acquisition will reportedly accelerate the growth of Microsoft's gaming business across mobile, PC, consoles and the cloud. The transaction amount will be $68.7 billion.
