Windows 10 Build 16299 is the final version of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. It is available for PCs on the Fast, Slow and Release Preview rings. Today, Microsoft released a new cumulative update to users running Windows 10 build 16299.
This update only includes quality improvements and no new OS features. It comes with the following list of fixes.
- Addressed issue where, after removing apps, they’re reinstalled on every restart, logoff, and login.
- Addressed issue where localization of the error output from a JET database is broken. Only English error strings are reported.
- Security updates to Windows kernel-mode drivers, Microsoft Graphics Component, Internet Explorer, Windows kernel, Microsoft Windows Search Component, Windows TPM, Windows NTLM, Device Guard, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows Wireless Networking, Microsoft Windows DNS, Windows Server, Microsoft JET Database Engine, and the Windows SMB Server.
You can install KB4043961 by opening Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update -> Check for updates. Your PC has to be configured to receive updates from the Release Preview Ring.

Hello , i am following your website and i would like to ask is there a link for downlod a > Windows 10 Build 16299.19 is out with KB4043961 i m using windows 10 enterprise x64 RS2 * then it has to be v.64 bits and Enterpirse Edition of a Redstone 3 English US leanguage !
Do you have ISO or Esd files with decrypter – somewhere storage that i can download as you have always did it ….
and in some website like userscloud or elsewhere …

Windows 10 really came a long way but I just don’t like it anymore ever since they sc[censored] off the first Start Menu that also had the Windows 8.1 Start Screen.
