  1. What happens to all of my songs in Groove Music if I select the Reset button to reset the App? I know it’s no longer supported by Microsoft after spending hours with three different advisors who said my only option is to re-record any of my vinyl that I transferred that for some reason have degraded sound quality. I certainly don’t want to erase all of my over 4,000 songs that I’ve spent many hours recording. I can’t reset within Groove so it has to be done by using Settings in Microsoft.

  2. To me, nothing won’t open I’m trying to get into setting that it’s stated but it does nothing it’s loading and I don’t know what the heck I’m doing wrong….
