- Open Photos.
- Click the three dots menu button in the top right corner.
- Click on the Settings menu item.
- Settings will be opened. Go to Appearance - Tile.
- In the drop-down list, select Recent photos or A single photo.
- For "A single photo", you need to choose an image to display on the Live Tile. Click on the Choose button and select the image you like.
The changes will be applied instantly.
Tip: If some Live Tiles display invalid contents in the Start menu, try to reset the Live Tile cache. Also, you can disable Live Tiles all at once in Windows 10.
