As you may already know, there is a built-in Game DVR tool in Windows 10 which allows capturing screenshots and recording gameplay videos for games you play in the OS. By default, this content is saved on the system drive under your user profile. Here is how to change the Game DVR Capture Folder's location in Windows 10.
The Game Bar was part of the built-in Xbox app in Windows 10. Starting with Windows 10 build 15019, it is a standalone option in Settings. It provides a special graphical user interface which can be used to record the screen's contents, capture your gameplay and save it as a video, take screenshots and so on.
Some users are not happy with Game DVR's default settings. While it is possible to disable it completely, it may not be an option for you, if you use the app occasionally.
By default, captured videos are saved as an .mp4 file, and screenshots are saved as a .png file in the folder C:\Users\your username\Videos\Captures. Here is how to change this folder.

Note: Don't select the root of a drive, e.g. D:. If you try to restore the default location of the "Captures" folder later, you will get an error message.
If you are on a local network, you can select a network share as the new destination folder for the "Captures" folder. You can enter the network location path directly, use the network browse dialog or point the folder browse dialog to a mapped drive.
