How to Change Swipe Actions for Windows 10 Mail Notification

When you receive a new e-mail in Windows 10, the Mail app displays a notification, that briefly remains visible on the screen, then goes to the Action Center. By default, it allows to 'flag', or 'archive' the message. Also, if you right swipe on the notification, the message will be archived, and the left swipe allows you to set or clear a flag for the message. You might want to customize these actions.
