Today, Microsoft has announced the availability of Windows 10 build 14342 for Slow Ring insiders. This means that official ISO images of Windows 10 build 14342 will become available for those who want to install Windows 10 build 14342 from scratch.
Currently, Slow Ring insiders are on build 14295, which is pretty old and lacks features introduced in recent builds. So, this update will be very significant for those who prefer Slow Ring builds for daily use.
Build 14295 doesn't come with Bash on Ubuntu, has an old Action Center and Start menu. These new features will come with this upgrade.
Official ISO images for Windows 10 build 14342 should become available at the Insiders program home page HERE. To install build 14342 from scratch using official ISO images, do the following.
- Sign up for the Windows Insider Program, if you haven't already.
- Read the system requirements.
- Click one of the Download links on this page to download a special file—it's called an ISO file—that you can use to install the preview.
- When the download is complete, transfer the ISO file to installation media such as a USB flash drive (or bootable UEFI USB drive) or DVD.
- Boot your PC from the installation media, and then follow the steps to perform a clean install.

If you go to that link all you get is The Media Installation tool. I already have 14342, I just want the ISO File.
