A new Microsoft app, Cache, has leaked to the Internet

Microsoft is working on a new cross-platform app called "Cache". Cache is a cloud-based smart clipboard manager, which allows the user to manage and organize what you copy from the Internet synchronized across all your devices. You will be able to sync your notes across devices. A pre-release version of the app appears to be accessible to everyone.

The Cache app is intended to improve your productivity. It allows you to have lists of clipped content organized by date or by your own criteria. It stores them in the cloud and syncs them across all your devices. Another interesting thing is that Cache tracks where you clipped your original data from, so you can visit the source once again and check it out.

The known use cases of Cache are as follows:

  1. The ability to curate your Reading List (a built-in Windows 10 app).
  2. Organize your school projects
  3. Manage your shopping list
  4. Keep important docs handy
  5. Keep everything you copy

Ihe installer for the Cache app has appeared on the Internet. According to WinBeta, who are the source of information regarding the Cache app, it is something worth trying:

The right click button for “Edit image” did work, as expected, however.

What do you think about the app idea? Are you impressed?
